pub+ is an app and loyalty program that rewards members with Deals, Benefits, Points and Coins, just for enjoying their local pub. And not just at one pub, but at over 350 ALH Hotels pubs across Australia. Use the ‘Nearby Venues’ feature within the pub+ app to find your nearest pubs.
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on food and drinks, and once a Points milestone is reached a reward in the form of ‘Coins’ is unlocked.
Gaming guests can register for a pub+ Play account to earn Points when gaming.

pub+ has been designed to reward you for enjoying your local pub. It's quick and easy to join and members can enjoy instant rewards, member-only deals, offers, plus more!
Download the pub+ app from the App Store or Google Play and follow the on-screen instructions to join. Once you’re a member, scan your digital card and earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on food and drinks (yes, ordering your favourite parma with a side of chips counts).
Once you reach 200 Points, you'll unlock a pub+ Coin to enjoy the pub your way.
pub+ Coins allow you to choose which reward works for you, and how you like to enjoy your local. Choose the Coin that appeals to you the most, and it’ll be stored in your pub+ wallet, to be redeemed automatically on your next eligible transaction.
You can earn Points and unlock rewards at 350+ pubs across Australia.

You must be 18 years of age or older to join pub+. Just head to the App Store or Google Play, download the app and sign up.
You'll need a mobile phone number and email address to join, but once set up you'll be able to enjoy exclusive member benefits, offers, plus more!
To use pub+ when gaming, you will need to speak with an attendant at one of our pubs and present a current and valid government-issued photo ID.

Yes, you must have the pub+ app downloaded on your phone. The only way to participate in the program is via the barcode on the digital card in your pub+ app. Scanning this digital card with every eligible purchase is key to earning Points and unlocking rewards.
The pub+ app has convenient features to help you locate your nearest pub, view the bistro menu, book a table, start a table order, see what’s on, and view your special deals and offers. For the best experience, please ensure you enable location services when prompted so pub+ can show you nearby venues.
Your pub+ Account

Sharing is caring, but not in this case. Sorry! An eligible pub+ account requires a unique mobile phone number and unique email address. You cannot share your account with someone else, or have the same details on multiple accounts.
You will also only be able to have one active pub+ card at a time. Only the registered member may use their pub+ card within the gaming room.

Once logged in, you can change certain personal details in your account, including updating your marketing preferences. If you have changed your mobile phone number or email address and need to log in with a new one, our multi-factor authentication allows you to access your account using a new number by sending a one-time password to your original email or original mobile phone number to ensure secure and legitimate access to your account. Because your details are private to you, please note our team members in your venue are unable to update your details on your behalf.
Once you have a pub+ Play account used for gaming, certain account information will not be able to be updated without first seeking assistance from one of our in-venue gaming attendants. These fields will appear greyed out with a small padlock next to your information.

We require you to validate your email address because that's how we send important service communications, regulatory statements and notifications (where relevant), and promotional offers (but only if you've opted in to receive our pretty awesome and exclusive offers, competitions, and promotions). Verifying your email also helps us ensure the account genuinely belongs to you and is an alternative way to verify your identity and protect your account.
Please note, you’ll need to use your mobile phone to open and click the email validation link. The link will not work on a computer. If you’re not receiving our validation email, before contacting us via the feedback form in ‘Account’, please check your Spam or Junk email folder. Please also check that you’ve typed in your email address correctly.

If you haven’t already, you will need to ask your club for their pub+ club code.
Once you have your club code, here’s how to set up a sponsored club:
Navigate to the ‘Accounts’ tab
Select ‘Clubs and memberships’ under ‘Manage your account’
Select ‘My clubs’
Enter your club code as provided by your club organiser
If the club name that appears is not your club, please click the trash icons and reconfirm your code with your club organiser.

If you're not seeing promotional emails, notifications, or text messages from pub+, it's likely that we have not yet received your marketing consent, or you have unsubscribed from marketing communications. . Without this consent, we're unable to send you information about how you can get the most out of your pub+ membership.
If you'd like to start receiving updates from pub+ about exciting special offers, member-only deals, competitions, events, local venue news, and other promotions, simply navigate to the 'Account' tab in the app. Under the 'Manage your account' section, click on 'Communication preferences.'
There, you can toggle on SMS and/or email communication channels to opt-in to receiving notifications and updates.
We respect your privacy, so promotional messages are only sent to members who have explicitly provided consent. Update your preferences today to unlock rewarding offers and engaging content tailored to you and your local.

We'll always treat your personal details with the utmost care, however, if you do want to opt-out of receiving marketing communications, there are two easy ways to do so:
Option 1: Using the pub+ App
Open the pub+ app and log into your account
Tap "Account" in the bottom menu
Select "Communications preferences" under "Manage your account"
Toggle off any unwanted communication channels
Option 2: Using Opt-Out Instructions
Each communication from us includes unsubscribe or opt-out instructions:
Emails: Click the 'unsubscribe' link in the footer
SMS: Reply 'STOP' to any message
Push notifications: Manage in your phone's settings for the pub+ app
Important Notes
Push notification changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect
Opting out of pub+ communications doesn't affect your preferences for other ALH brands. Please manage those separately through their respective channels.

You can delete your pub+ account via the app, following these steps:
Open the pub+ mobile phone app and log into your Account.
Select "Account" from the menu at the bottom of your screen.
Scroll down and select "Permanently delete your account and update your profile information."
Verify your mobile phone number to access your profile.
Scroll down and select "Permanently delete."
Deleting your pub+ account is not reversible. By deleting your account with us, it is like you never existed! While we would be sad to see you go, you can absolutely sign up again later using the same mobile number and email address if you choose.
Please note, ALH Hotels is obliged by law to retain certain information about pub+ Play (gaming) membership accounts for seven years after your account is closed. Please refer to the pub+ Terms and Conditions for more information.

Yes, see below for steps to link your pub+ account to earn Points, apply member deals, and apply Coins from your pub+ wallet when ordering via me&u.
Here’s how:
To start with, open the pub+ app and tap the CARD icon located at the bottom of the screen.
Click the ‘Copy’ button under the barcode
Scan the me&u QR code on your table. Please note, scanning the QR code is essential for me&u to recognise the venue and link your card correctly.
In the me&u app, click on the “link your pub+ loyalty card” button
Enter/paste in your pub+ ID and click “link account”
You have now successfully linked your me&u account to your pub+ account.
If your accounts do not link successfully please ensure:
your pub+ barcode number was entered into me&u correctly
you have used the same email address or mobile phone number for both me&u and pub+ accounts.
Once your pub+ account has been linked, continue to place your order as you would normally in the me&u app. Any pub+ deals or member prices will be applied at checkout, along with any pub+ rewards that you have earned.
Please note, you are only able to link your pub+ account to one me&u account.

Your pub+ loyalty ID number (the number below the barcode) must be entered into me&u correctly; double-check that this is the case. The email address or mobile phone number used must also be consistent across your me&u and pub+ member profiles.
If you're still having trouble, reach out to a venue team member for assistance, or by navigating to the ‘Account’ tab and submitting a request through the 'Account support' page.

me&u will not permit a $0 transaction, so if you have Coins that are reducing your amount owed to $0, please head to the counter to order instead of through me&u at the table. The team will then be able to pop through the transaction for you.
Points and Rewards

It’s simple to earn Points with pub+. When making a purchase, just open your app, click the ‘Card’ label from the menu at the bottom of the screen (or in the top right-hand corner on the ‘My local’ tab). Our team member will scan the barcode faster than you can say "cheers" and you'll collect 1 point for every $1 you spend (terms and conditions may apply). For gaming Points, you may need to wait up to 15 minutes after you’ve finished playing for your Points earned to appear in your account balance.
If you’re placing your order via the me&u app, ensure that you have successfully linked your pub+ account to earn Points on your order.

Your pub+ Points balance is immediately updated and displayed each time you open and log into the pub+ app. For gaming Points, you’ll need to wait up to 15 minutes for them to appear once you've finished playing.
Remember, your Points will automatically redeem for an ‘unlock moment’ once you’ve accumulated 200 Points.

For every $1 you spend on food and beverages, you'll earn 1 point.
Once you accumulate 200 Points, you'll unlock a reward Coin, and your Points balance will reset to 0. Your Coin will be stored safely in your pub+ wallet.
Coin balances are automatically redeemed on your next eligible transaction when you scan your digital card, or when ordering through me&u (once your pub+ card is linked)

Once you reach 200 Points and redeem your Unlock Moment for a Coin, your point balance will reset to zero and begin accumulating again until you reach the next 200 Points for another Unlock Moment. You can track your Unlock Moments and redeemed Coins in your wallet.

Because Points are automatically redeemed into an ‘unlock moment’ whenever your balance reaches 200 Points, you cannot stockpile Points.

The short answer: yes.
The long answer: pub+ Points expire one year from the date you've earned them. For example, if you earned 10 Points on 1 September 2024, those 10 Points would expire on 31 August 2025.

I'm glad you asked! The unlock moment is an exciting part of being a pub+ member. Once you have accumulated 200 Points, you'll earn an unlock moment.
When this happens, keep an eye on the pub+ app for the big reveal. Once unlocked, you'll find a selection of pub+ Coins to choose from. Simply pick the one you want, and it will be added to your ‘pub+ coins’ (under ‘Rewards’) within the app.
Once you have a pub+ Coin in your ‘’Rewards’, it will automatically be redeemed against your next eligible purchase.
Unlock Moments expire 90 days after being earned.

There are six types of Coins:
Beer Coin
Wine Coin
Spirits Coin
Non-Alcoholic Beverage Coin
Food Coin
GC Coin
The value of an individual Coin presented as a reward may vary in value between $2 and $10. Please note, however, GC Coins are always offered for redemption at a single fixed value of $2.

Once a Coin has been selected from the six options, we are not able to swap it to another Coin type.
The value of the Coin will remain in your wallet and will be automatically deducted when you next purchase something from that category.

Yes, you can redeem multiple Coin types from your pub+ wallet in a single transaction, provided they match the categories of items you're purchasing. For example:
If you're buying both food and drinks, and you have both Food Coins and Beer Coins, the system will automatically apply both types of Coins to your purchase.
Coins will be used to either fully or partially cover the total value of your purchase, depending on your Coin balance.
Note on Alcohol Purchases: While certain Coins may be redeemed for alcoholic beverages, ALH Hotels is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. We uphold the highest standards of responsible service across all our Australian operations, in accordance with our Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy.

From the day they’re unlocked you have 90 days to redeem your Food & Beverage Coins and 365 days to redeem your GC Coin. You can check how long you have to use an offer or your Coins by accessing the details in your pub+ wallet. Just navigate to the Rewards tab in the pub+ app.
Offers and Deals

As a pub+ member, you'll enjoy exclusive member-only deals and offers. These rotating exclusive deals can only be accessed through the app if you're a pub+ member. From discounted meals and drinks to exclusive promotions, the app is your key to accessing pub+ rewards features and benefits.

The redemption process depends on the specific offer. For some deals, you simply need to scan your digital barcode (accessible within the pub+ app) when making an eligible purchase, and the discount or promotion will automatically apply.
Be sure to check the details on each offer within the pub+ app. This will clarify if any extra steps like activation or completing a challenge are needed to unlock the deal before scanning your digital barcode to redeem.

To ensure you receive your pub+ Points where there is table service, please follow these steps:
Open a Tab: Make sure to open a tab at the register before placing your order.
Connect your Card: Once your tab is open, the venue team will be able to link your pub+ card to any transactions at your table.
Please note that you will not receive Points if your pub+ card is scanned after the order has already been processed.
Technical and Account Issues

The pub+ app is designed to work on a wide range of modern smartphones. To be able to get and use the app, you'll need:
an iPhone or Android phone that's no more than four years old, and
the latest version of iOS (for iPhones) or Android operating system installed on your phone
So long as your smartphone meets these basic requirements, you should be able to download (from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), install, and use the pub+ app without any problems.

You weren't asked for a password when joining pub+ because we use a secure mobile login process. From time to time we may request you to verify your number and we'll send a one-time passcode (OTP) to the mobile number you provided during sign-up. Using OTP is considered a secure way to authenticate due to its dynamic and time-limited nature. Sometimes for enhanced security pub+ may ask you to confirm a PIN via email, after you’ve confirmed the mobile OTP. This extra security step ensures only you can access your pub+ account. This verification helps protect your privacy and account security.

Firstly, refresh the Rewards tab, or close and reopen the app and see if that fixes it. You can refresh the app by using your finger to swipe downward from the top of the screen. It can take up to 15 minutes for an unlock moment to load to your account once 200 Points have been earned.
If you still cannot see anything in the Rewards tab, navigate to the Account tab and scroll down to “Account support.” Using the app feedback link, simply send us a note, including any screenshots if relevant, where our service team will be ready to help. Unfortunately, your venue team will be unable to assist in matters related to the pub+ app.

Please note that Coins can only be redeemed in whole dollar amounts. For example, if your soft drink purchase totals $4.50 and you have $5 in Non-alcoholic Coins in your pub+ wallet, the entire value of your Coins ($5) will be redeemed, leaving a $0 balance in Non-alcoholicCoins. However, if you started with $10 in Non-alcoholic Coins, you would still have $5 left after purchasing the same $4.50 soft drink.
Responsible Gaming

You can request a printed copy of your activity statement at a venue by speaking with a member of staff.
Alternatively, you can request your activity statement through your pub+ app by following these steps:
Navigate to either the Play or Account tabs in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen in the pub+ app.
Select “Gaming Preferences”
Select “Request Player activity statement”
The most up to date activity statement will be sent within 48 hours to the email address you set up in your account.

A self exclusion program is available to individuals who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from one or more of our gaming venues. In undertaking the program, the individual agrees not to enter the gaming area and not to play gaming machines at the nominated venue(s), and they authorise our team to stop them from entering or remaining in a gaming area that they are excluded from.

ALH’s Responsible Gaming Commitment (‘Player Protect’)

Voluntary pre-commitment (VPC) is a responsible gaming tool that allows you to set daily or weekly limits on the amount of time or money you spend on electronic gaming machines (EGMs). Once your limits are set, the system will notify you when you're approaching them, helping you stay in control of your play. ALH encourages the use of VPC to help you stay within your limits. Participation is optional, and you can update or reset your limits anytime, either in-venue or through the pub+ app. Please note, however, that there is a 24-hour cooling-off period for increasing your limits. VPC via pub+ Play is available at ALH venues in SA, NSW, QLD, and NT. In Victoria, the government-operated YourPlay system is offered at all ALH venues.

No, VPC is completely optional. You can still enjoy all the benefits of the rewards program, such as earning points and unlocking rewards, without setting pre-commitment limits. However, if you choose to use VPC, it provides an extra layer of control over your gaming, allowing you to set time and spending limits to help manage your play responsibly.

Monty's Rewards Points are not transferable to pub+. You have up until the 31st of January 2025 to redeem the balance of your Monty's Rewards Points. Any Points that are not redeemed by this date will be lost.
